The Rally professional development (PD) offerings, based on the 2025 Solution Tree book of the same title, equip school leaders with the strategic framework necessary to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive school culture enriched by exceptional activity programming. Participants in Rally PD will explore the transformative power of athletics and extracurriculars in fostering resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence among students.
Athletics and student activities serve as foundational pillars in shaping and strengthening school culture. A dynamic school culture isn’t just beneficial—it is the most critical factor in driving meaningful student achievement. The Rally program, developed by Brandon Larson and Casey Reason, is designed to help school leaders, coaches, and educators become more intentional and strategic in structuring student athletics and activities.

How do YOU Rally?
All of our Rally sessions are available live, on Zoom, or a combination of the two!
The Rally topic is a great way to bring new focus for a more generalized audience, or a great topic for a gathering of leaders, coaches and advisors.
The Rally model is simple, easily taught, yet containing great depth. In a one-day training session, the basic elements of Rally can be taught, and provide transformative results.
The Rally model can serve as a powerful, multi-day training experience, taking place over a series of months with select groups of leaders, coaches and advisors. Training series can be delivered in cohorts for those new to their position, or for leaders desirous of continuous growth.
