Building Outstanding Activities and Athletics to Improve Academics and School Culture!

The Rally professional development (PD) offerings, based on the 2025 Solution Tree book of the same title, equip school leaders with the strategic framework necessary to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive school culture enriched by exceptional activity programming. Participants in Rally PD will explore the transformative power of athletics and extracurriculars in fostering resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence among students.

Athletics and student activities serve as foundational pillars in shaping and strengthening school culture. A dynamic school culture isn’t just beneficial—it is the most critical factor in driving meaningful student achievement. The Rally program, developed by Brandon Larson and Casey Reason, is designed to help school leaders, coaches, and educators become more intentional and strategic in structuring student athletics and activities.
